Forks Area Aid Network connects neighbors to meet everyday needs through community-led mutual aid.

Forks Area Aid Network (FAAN), in partnership with non-profit New Hope for Immigrants, is a grassroots mutual aid effort rooted in the Grand Forks and East Grand Forks area. We are organizing in response to increased immigration enforcement activity and the uncertainty and instability it creates for many of our neighbors.

Our goal is simple: build a lasting network of people who show up for one another.

FAAN connects neighbors to share resources, coordinate support, and respond to immediate and long-term needs - from food and household supplies to transportation and community connection. We are building a structure that strengthens relationships across neighborhoods so that care, dignity, and practical support are always within reach.
