Merchandise Purchases vs. Donations

Purchases made through the online store are transactions for goods (merchandise). They are not charitable donations.

While proceeds from merchandise sales may support the mission and programming of Forks Area Aid Network under the fiscal sponsorship of New Hope for Immigrants, the purchase of merchandise does not constitute a charitable contribution.

If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation, please use the designated donation platform or page provided by FAAN or New Hope for Immigrants.

Tax Deductibility

Merchandise purchases are not tax-deductible.

Product Information

All merchandise is made to order through a third-party fulfillment partner. Because items are custom-produced, slight variations in color, placement, or print quality may occur.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching across all screens and devices.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Because products are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment processing issues, or pricing errors.

Shipping

Shipping costs are included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Replacements

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind.
